The back office is an essential part of any company's Operations.We are scaling Operations team for a client's e-commerce related business.RoleSupport sales & marketing team in handling and documenting customer accounts- by keeping the data organized and error free- by updating the data projects require to function.Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer QueriesDocument Issues and ResolutionsUnderstand and master e-commerce logisticsServe as a liaison between customers and management.Understand, learn and master new tools and technologies as and when they are taught Achieve daily targets and create daily reports Ensure everything is working in a perfect mannerSkillsPower user of computers - working on multiple applications, multiple windows / tabs, constantly switching between them, to deliver work at a high speed.Power user of Facebook as a marketing tool - specially Facebook Groups and Facbook Messenger Group Chats, USA Chatting Etiquette Power user of spreadsheets, formsTremendous learning attitudeAbility to research and study new concepts and apply on the jobRemote working requirements:Fast computer - laptop or desktop having audio video capabilityHigh speed broadband internetExcept from 10 AM to 5 PM IST, you can work any other timeQuiet place to work and to have online video meetingsEmployees from any city within India are welcomeEducational Qualification - Graduate in Science subjects, but not mandatory.
