Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Senior Accountant:
• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, including filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies or issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in their work.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and financial reviews.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance and optimize tax strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Junior Accountant:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support senior accountants in tax preparation and compliance tasks, including gathering relevant financial information and documentation.
• Maintain organized and updated financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and auditing.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements, ledger accounts, and other financial records.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Senior Accountant:
