Position: Sr. Manager - Accounts and Taxation
Qualified CA/Inter CA with 10 + years of experience.
Male candidate only
Age: 40 Years and above
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role, preferably managing personal accounts and investments.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and investment accounting
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Manager to manage the Accounts of our Flagship company and personal accounts and investments of our promoter family and associate entities. The ideal candidate will handle Direct tax return filing, investment accounting, and provide comprehensive income tax support. This role requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and expertise in financial management and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory Skills : Income Tax, Corporate Taxation, Individual Taxation, IT Returns, Balance Sheet Finalization.
Corporate Accounting
Manage and maintain accurate records of the Company HO accounts entities .
Monitor daily transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Tax return filing and assessment monitoring with consultants as SPOC.
Personal Account Management:
Manage and maintain accurate records of the promoter family's personal accounts.
Monitor daily transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Investment Accounting:
Oversee and manage the family's investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, real estate, and other assets.
Track investment performance and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure accurate recording of investment transactions and valuation.
Tax Return Filing:
Prepare and file personal income tax returns for the promoter family.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely submission of tax documents.
Identify tax-saving opportunities and advise on tax-efficient investment strategies.
Index Balancing:
Regularly review and balance indexes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Adjust and correct any discrepancies in account balances and financial statements.
Income Tax Support:
Provide comprehensive support for all income tax-related matters.
Liaise with tax authorities and manage any audits or inquiries.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and advise the family accordingly.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Present financial data and insights to the promoter family and management.
Other criteria:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information
