Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting field

Role : Senior Accounts Executive reporting to our Director & Responsible for guiding a Jr. Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities : Create processes for factors such as Accounting, Balance Sheet Finalization, Internal Auditing & Monthly Financial Analysis. They should have the aptitude and willingness to lead the financial strategies & planning and also to come up with effective solutions to ease processes.
• Daily Activities :- Data entry, Bookkeeping, Banking, Sales & E-Invoicing, Import/Export invoicing/documentation, Tally
• Monthly Activities :- Statutory & Compliance GST, TDS, MIS Balance sheet, Stock Reconciliation, PF/ESIC/Salary reconciliation, Bank reconciliation, Internal department accounting of factory
• Quarterly Activities :- Provisional Balance Sheet, Taxation, MIS (Finance), ROC
• Yearly Activities :- Finalizing Returns, Filings, Reconciliations, Balance Sheet, Annual Budget preparations and forecasting, Costings & cash flow analysis, Financial strategies, Internal auditing
