Full Job Description
1) Internal audit which includes -

- Total Sales checking
- Total Purchases checking
- Other bills of purchases which includes material purchase or any other item purchased
- Checking of Bank Reconciliation
- Checking of all bank vouchers
- Checking of all cash vouchers of Pune and Shikrapur locations
- Checking of Cash book maintained in excel
- Checking of each transactions in cash book with books
- Maintaining of stock records
- Stock reconciliation on monthly basis
- Documentation and filling
- Reporting
- Checking of all other bills which includes journals
- All Debtors reconciliation on quarterly as well as monthly basis
- All Creditors reconciliation on monthly basis
- Checking of bill wise accounting entries of every debtors, creditors

2) Staff supervision and monitoring which includes -
- Resolving issues relating to accounting
- Training to staff
- Delegation of work
- Periodic review of work done by accounting staff (usually on weekly to monthly basis)
- as the new staff will get introduced, training to staff will have to start from beginning

3) GST working on monthly basis of RS

- Cross verification of sales with stock book maintained at godown on daily basis

- as well as comparison of GST working of current month with previous month.

4) TDS working on monthly as well as quarterly basis

5) Checking of other tax liabilities

6) Compliance of other tax matters

7) Consultation for income tax as well as GST tax matter

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
