You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning to support the companys growth and success.RequirementsFinancial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. Monitor budget performance and provide financial forecasts and projections to support decision-making. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed. Cash Management: Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and optimize cash positions. Implement effective cash management strategies to support operational needs and investment opportunities. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance metrics tracking. Identify areas for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and efficiency improvement. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the finance department. Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluate and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls. Implement best practices to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and mitigate risks. Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations. Collaborate with executive management on long-term financial goals and strategies. Qualifications And Skills:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters degree or CPA preferred). Proven experience (X years) in accounting and financial management roles, with a track record of leadership and achievement. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership qualities, including team management, decision-making, and strategic thinking. Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professional standards in financial management.
