Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, treasury and budgeting)
Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation
Responsible for cash flow management and maintaining lines of credit
Determination of terms of credit and assigning credit limits and terms to customers.
To effectively manage a team of associates and executives under him and be a decision maker for his department.
Keeping a proper track of the performance of all employees and maintaining their performance report.
Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections to accounts executives.
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
Management of Direct and Indirect Taxes, GST: Monthly, Quarterly and Annually for with help of CA. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals .
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills .
Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication, verbal, and written skills.
Expert computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook, Tally and Tax computation

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
