About the Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure high availability and performance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Install and configure Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Maintain database performance and security
• Troubleshoot database issues and resolve problems quickly
• Analyze data to optimize database performance
• Develop and implement database backup and recovery procedures
• Manage user access and permissions to ensure secure data storage and retrieval
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management

Requirements:
• 7-12 years of experience in database administration
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 R2, and 2012
• Experience with database builds, incident management, change management, problem management, and database maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
