Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Jaipur
The 'Telesales Executive' is responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls. They will focus on understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Identify and qualify leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
3. Product Knowledge
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Tailor sales pitches to customer needs and preferences.
4. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
5. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Share customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in telesales or similar customer service/sales roles.
2. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
