Job Description:
• IT knowledge for use with monitoring/tickets/troubleshooting/support Optional.
• Some reporting knowledge Optional
• AP/Source to Pay Knowledge.
• Oracle/SAP ERP basic knowledge.
• Good Communication.
• Windows server Knowledge Optional.
• Basic SQL.
• Understand implemented solution and compare solution with regional, business and ERP instance variations.
• Basic Analytical Optional.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with strong ability to learn quickly and work independently.
