Event Organization: Take the lead in organizing intra-school matches, annual sports days, and preparing student teams for inter-school, regional, or national tournaments. Skill Development: Identify and nurture athletic talent, teaching fundamental skills, rules, and strategies in sports such as football, basketball, cricket, or athletics. Safety & Maintenance: Ensure a safe learning environment by maintaining sports equipment, managing the inventory, and enforcing proper safety protocols during all activities. Residential Duties: Actively participate in the school's residential life, managing evening sports hours and contributing to campus student care. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in organizing sports events and coaching school-level or club-level teams. Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate young athletes. Proficiency in coaching multiple major sports. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
