Mount Sports Cards & Collectibles is a new and rapidly growing sports collectibles company based in Cannington, Ontario. We are building a scalable operation focused on online sales, collectibles and, eventually, a full retail presence.

We’ve proven the concept and are now looking for the right person to help us take the next step. This is a unique opportunity to join a business at the ground level and play a meaningful role in its growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with scanning, cataloguing, listing and managing sports cards and collectibles for online sale.

The ideal candidate has an interest in sports cards, collectibles, sports memorabilia or e-commerce and is excited about helping build a business from the ground up.

The position begins as a two-month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role in September based on performance and business growth.

Responsibilities

Scan, catalogue and list sports cards and collectibles
Create, optimize and manage eBay listings
Research players, card values and product details
Organize and maintain inventory systems
Pull, sort and prepare sold items for shipping
Help develop efficient workflows that increase listing productivity
Maintain quality-control standards and inventory accuracy
Support new initiatives as the business expands

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of sports cards and collectibles
Experience buying, selling, collecting or trading sports cards
Experience using eBay or other online marketplaces
Background in retail, e-commerce, inventory management or customer service
Recent college or university graduate interested in growing with a small business
Passion for sports, entrepreneurship or collectibles
