With all the recent success we have seen here this year at our office, here at Clear we are looking to hire additional help for our sales and marketing teams with 4 - 6 new Sport Marketing Assistants, so we can continue with our winning season. Almost all our senior team come from a sports background and this competitive culture has permeated almost every aspect of our business.
Needless to say, we take winning very seriously. Whether professionally or personally, or team members love to win.
Availability: 5 Full Time and 3 Part Time Sports Marketing Assistants
Experience: Entry Level, Paid Training Provided
Compensation: Competitive (average of $400 - $650 per week with additional bonuses & incentives) Office Location: Vancouver ~ ON SITE
Day to Day of Our New Marketing Openings:
• Working on behalf of our clients at our face-to-face private site events
• Assisting in new business acquisition and increasing market share through face-to-face new customer sign ups
• Representing our clients and achieving customer retention through face-to-face marketing presentations at our event spaces
• Conducting interactive, hands-on product training with newer members of the team
• Cultivating leadership skills in a team-oriented environment
• Product representation tailored to personalized customer experiences
• Accurate collection of new customer details when completing a handful of sales each day
No previous marketing experience? NO PROBLEM. We are looking to work with people that are not only competitive but also eager to learn. Our paid training program includes ongoing mentorship, coaching, and development from our senior executive team for all of our current and future team members.
Sports Marketing Assistant Progression:
We start all our sports minded Marketing Assistants at entry level for the sole purpose of developing a strong management team from within; with the mentality that everyone can get from an entry level position to a management position in under a year. If you’ve got an excellent student mentality and strong work ethic, there is the potential for you to work towards a more senior position.

Job Requirements:
Sports Marketing Assistant Requirements:
• You must be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in Canada
• You must be willing to work with customers face-to-face
• Commuting to our office in Vancouver is required on a daily basis
• Full-time availability is preferred, and an immediate start is ideal
• Customer Service, Retail Sales or Call Center work is helpful
