Job Description
sponsorships and multi-event partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor events, and potential sponsorship opportunities. Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the sales cycle. Maintain regular communication with existing sponsors. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsors receive all contracted benefits. Ensure a high level of sponsor satisfaction before, during, and after each event. Encourage sponsor renewals and long-term partnerships. Proposal & Contract ManagementPrepare customized sponsorship proposals based on client objectives. Coordinate sponsorship agreements, invoices, and required documentation. Ensure contracts are signed before sponsorship confirmation. Follow up on payments in coordination with the finance department. Event CoordinationWork closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled. Coordinate exhibition requirements, branding opportunities, speaking sessions, and promotional activities. Support sponsors before, during, and after the event. Attend Company events as required to manage sponsor relationships and identify future business opportunities. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, proposals, contracts, and sales activities in the CRM system. Submit daily activity reports and weekly pipeline updates. Forecast sponsorship revenue accurately. Provide management with market intelligence and competitor insights. Daily ResponsibilitiesMake 40–60 outbound prospecting calls . Send 30–50 personalized sales emails and LinkedIn outreach messages . Conduct 3–5 client meetings or virtual presentations . Follow up on outstanding
proposals and negotiations. Update CRM with all sales activities. Build and maintain an active sponsorship pipeline. Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written English communication. Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills. Negotiation and closing expertise. Ability to build relationships with senior executives. Professional presentation and communication skills. Commercial awareness and business acumen. Strong objection-handling abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Technical SkillsMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). LinkedIn Sales Navigator and business networking platforms. Virtual meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). AI productivity tools for research and communication are an advantage. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, advertising sales, media sales, or event sales. Experience selling to enterprise organizations and C-level executives is highly desirable. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sponsorship revenue targets. Maintain a minimum pipeline value of 3–5 times the monthly sales target. Conduct 40–60 outbound prospecting calls per day. Conduct 15–20 qualified client meetings per month. Submit 15–25 sponsorship proposals per month. Achieve a proposal-to-sale conversion rate in line with Company targets. Maintain 100% CRM accuracy . Achieve a sponsor renewal rate in line with Company objectives. Ensure all sponsor
