Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and maintain detailed technical product specifications.
Ensure that specifications are aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, Govt. authorities and internal teams to gather project-specific requirements and translate them into accurate specifications.
Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all product specifications are understood and adhered to.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all specifications.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance and R&D teams to ensure product specifications are feasible, scalable, and meet quality standards.
Prepare and present reports on specification development, status, and product performance to management and clients.
Provide technical training and support to sales teams regarding product specifications and applications.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches, training, and presentations.
To ensure promotional activities such as Architects meets, exhibitions etc.
To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.
To ensure management of multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduation in management is preferred.
Dip/B. Tech can be added advantage.
Experience
8-12 Years experience in Building material industry.
