The pay range per hour is $22.25 - $37.80. Pay is based on several factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. ABOUT SPECIALTY SALES
Join a dedicated team of experts who enrich the guest experience through exceptional operations and inspiring merchandising. The Specialty Sales Team operates in areas such as Apparel and Accessories, Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics, focusing on both guest engagement and organizational excellence.
As a Specialty Sales Leader, your role will enhance your skills and experience in:
• Guest service fundamentals, fostering a guest-first culture.
• Retail business fundamentals including sales trends and inventory management.
• Planning workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals.
• Leading a skilled team to navigate multiple departments effectively.
• Coaching and developing team members to retain top talent.
In this role, you can expect to:
• Exhibit a service culture that prioritizes a remarkable guest experience.
• Foster inclusivity and respect diverse voices in team interactions.
• Plan and execute workload in sync with business goals.
• Develop a team of knowledgeable consultants.
• Assign and manage daily tasks based on guest traffic patterns.
• Utilize tools available to create welcoming experiences for guests.
• Maintain high merchandising standards in collaboration with vendors.
• Contribute to visual merchandising by organizing and presenting products effectively.
• Oversee organization and replenishment processes in the back room.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Ensure fitting rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support your leader in establishing clear goals and expectations for your team.
• Model safety and ethical standards in all operations.
• Engage guests warmly and help address their needs.
• Assist with store operations such as cashier responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to manage tasks and workloads efficiently.
• Welcoming and supportive approach toward guests and team members.
• Capability to maintain composure in busy situations while completing tasks.
OTHER EXPECTATIONS:
• Ability to access all areas of the store to assist guests and team members.
• Ability to interpret various instructions and reports.
• Proficient in cash handling as required.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely.
• Flexibility with working hours and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in changing temperatures and environments.
• Stay mobile throughout your shift, with varying shift lengths.
