Specialist Risk Policy

Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximize returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: Extract data from multiple data sources using SQL or Python Interpret data & study patterns using Python Present findings in Tableau in a way that compels and enables decision makers Helping to automate processes by working with teams to develop deep-dive tools, UIs, metrics, and dashboards to communicate insights to the business teams Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions Credit cards credit policy management and MIS analytics for portfolio monitoring and regular reviews Streamline and automate credit risk reporting to ensure timely and accurate generation of reporting outputs by required due dates. Link process metrics, performance metrics and set up benchmarks for comparable projects and processes Experience and Qualifications Required: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 4 years of experience in Risk Management analytics and reporting Demonstrated ability to manage, operate, develop and handle inputs / outputs to / from Datawarehouse through SQL and/or SAS Strong knowledge of Banking/Financial Services domain especially Credit cards Very good understanding of business financial and risk performance drivers and the impacts of credit performance on business results. Sound knowledge of policies / lending frameworks followed for credit card product and its impact to MIS reporting Understanding of data modelling Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Technical Skills Required: Experience with reporting tools and applications (Programming such as Teradata SQL, Python), Experience with Tableau /Power BI/Qlikview or any data visualization tools Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint India-Maharashtra-Mumbai
