What You'll do:
• Manage and support smooth operation of the firm’s compliance program on a daily basis
• In-depth knowledge of Arcesium policies, procedures and guidelines on Prevention of insider trading, personal trading, conflict of interest, etc.
• Track and record employee requests for submission of disclosures, pre-approval requests, or any specific questions regarding company policies
• Address employee concerns or questions on compliance
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes as part of the Annual Compliance Training program
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify gaps/improvement areas
• Plan and conduct new hire induction and obtain employee acknowledgment of various compliance policies and procedures.
