The Specialist, HR Technology & Analytics is responsible for supporting the successful delivery & management of the Enterprise HCM with a focus on executing upon the HCM Roadmap, Data Integrity & Overall User Experience. The Specialist, HR Technology & Analytics will support internal Process Owners & Client Groups to configure new functionality, optimize stabilized functionality, develop basic to mid-level complexity data reports, support existing User Population & operate as the Technical SME for at least one (1) HCM Module. This includes completing assigned project tasks & develop/test/launch functionality. This also includes supporting system maintenance and upgrades timely resolution or appropriate escalation of technical issues (internal user support & external vendor support).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support overall HCM Roadmap through timely implementation, stabilization & optimization of available modules/functionality
• Support Global HCM data integrity and execute accurate auditing procedures and practices for data integrity within specified client/functional groups & supporting Enterprise HCM Data Integrity strategy
• Support various project assignments and tasks to deliver successful and sustainable results
• Functions as a subject matter expert (SME) for at least one (1) implemented HCM module
• Support designated Process owners, Technical Leads & System Owner to develop and execute upon HCM Governance & best practices, build and refine process documents/process flows, & overall effectiveness and efficiency with our HCM practices
· All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• General Experience and/or Training 1+ years of experience in a non-technical HR role (recruitment, Generalist, Comp & Bens) or concentrated HR Data Management/Integrity functions
• Technical Experience at least 2 years specialized experience with administering, implementing/optimizing HR SaaS platforms
· Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience supporting both a Local (APAC) and Global Workforce
• Proven ability to work independently
• Proven ability to proactively meet designated timelines & SLAs
