Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and delivering specialist cleaning jobs to an exceptional standard, ensuring client satisfaction on every visit. You will supervise a team of two, act as the main point of contact on site, and make sure each job is completed safely, efficiently and signed off by the client.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out specialist cleaning including carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, window cleaning (internal and external), high-level dusting and deep cleans.
Ensure all work is delivered safely, following company procedures and site-specific risk assessments.
Organise equipment, materials and vehicle loading to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to scope.
Work flexibly across days, nights and weekends, with advance notice for scheduling.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in specialist cleaning, must include:
Carpet cleaning
Hard floor cleaning
Internal and external window cleaning
High-level dusting
Deep cleaning
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Confident communicating with clients.
Requirements
Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
Willing and able to work days, nights and weekends as required, with notice given in advance.
Right to work in the UK.
