Job Description
Are you a PBS practitioner who wants to do the clinical work — without the travel between participant homes, the parking, or the lost windscreen hours?
Hope Allied Health Services is a registered NDIS provider and we're growing our allied health team. We're looking for Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioners who want flexibility, autonomy, and the satisfaction of genuinely moving the needle for participants and clients.

What you'll do
Complete NDIS behaviour support assessments via telehealth, develop positive behaviour support plans, and provide implementation support and coaching to participants, families, and support teams. Keep plans and incident records tidy in our platform; liaise with the participant's wider support network as relevant.
What we're looking for
✔ Relevant primary qualification (psychology, social work, OT, or equivalent) with NDIS behaviour support registration
✔ NDIS experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
✔ Registered (or advanced-level) NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission behaviour support practitioner — or actively working toward it
✔ ABN holder (or happy to get one)
✔ Reliable setup for telehealth delivery
SDA/SIL experience and community languages (Farsi, Arabic, Mandarin) are a bonus — not a requirement.
Engagement options: casual, part-time, or contract — minimum 5 hours/week. Scale up or down as life demands.
