We are looking for a warm, well-groomed, and enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Spa As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a pleasant and professional spa experience.
Whether you’re a fresher looking to start your career or have previous experience in a similar role, if you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a friendly and professional attitude
Handle appointment bookings (walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries)
Maintain client records and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Explain spa services, packages, and offers to clients
Handle payments and daily cash reports
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and calm atmosphere of the reception area
Coordinate with spa therapists and the management for seamless service
Collect client feedback and encourage Google reviews
Promote spa memberships and service packages
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Well-presented, polite, and punctual
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / booking software will be a plus)
Friendly attitude and customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk
Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
