Spa Receptionist
Job Description
Our Spa Receptionists are professional individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players in our Spa and Leisure team.
This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the spa during our busier periods including bank holidays.
Duties -
· General reception and administration duties
· Provide general leisure and spa orientation to members and guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of changing rooms and lounge areas
· ****** guests to and from treatment rooms
· Book appointments/treatments for members and guests on the system in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring accurate information and confidentiality at all times
· Check booking sheets for updates and changes to schedules regularly throughout the day
· Maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms, spa/leisure changing rooms and lounge areas
· Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
· Stock towels, linens, supplies and amenities in the changing rooms and leisure areas
· Report and log accidents and unsafe work conditions to your Line Manager
· Act as the leisure and spa ambassador ensuring all members and guests receive outstanding customer service by offering advice where requested and providing information on new services, events or promotions within the spa and club
· Attend all meetings requested and keep up to date with product and treatment knowledge, events, promotions and any changes taking place within the leisure and spa
· Support the Spa Manager to maximise revenue through proactive product sales and diary management
· Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
· Anticipate and address guests service needs

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
