Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre located in Gandhinagar. The Sous Chef will be responsible for handling the operations of a busy All Day Diner but, not restricted to that alone. Should help with planning and directing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a sanitary and efficient kitchen.

Qualifications
• Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
