Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef at Balyis Diner located in Gurugram. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in planning, organizing, and managing the kitchen operations. You will oversee food preparation, ensure high-quality standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative and delicious dishes.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a sous chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment
