The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing production for both the lunch and dinner service. This restaurant serves a prix fixe meal of three courses. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $4+500 - $66800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
