Job Description
Techolution is looking for an Solutions Architect/Sr Engineering Manager who will manage a team of highly talented engineers and be a guiding factor to various futurist projects. And to coach and develop our promising, young talent and ensure their collective energy is applied effectively and efficiently to accomplish Techolution’s vision and mission. As a technical leader, you own the engineering vision and oversee the technical standards your team thrives on. You will architect, design and develop end to end software products and systems from the ground up and have ownership of them.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated strong leadership experience and exceptional people management skills.
• Work closely with a team of architects and engineers, ensuring their alignment with project deliverables.
• Manage the entire team, fostering collaboration and maintaining high levels of performance.
• Excellent Experience Designing/implementing cloud native applications with end-to-end solution architectures for Cloud Enterprise is a requirement for the role.
• Architect and propose highly scalable, cloud-native applications on any of the major public Cloud platforms(GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Engage directly with prospects regarding architecture discussions and best practices.
• Actively listen to team members and engage in constructive dialogues to drive personal and collective growth.
• Balance strategic thinking with process-oriented execution, paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Take responsibility for managing the Engineering team and ensuring the timely delivery of product features.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to product development, actively participating in designing, architecting, and testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the Business Team and Product Owners.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end solution designing and architecture.
• Strong expertise with Javascript/Python/Java.
• Any cloud experience Gcp/Aws/Azure.
• Excellent Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Good understanding and experience in assisting with SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge on Kafka/RabbitMQ or any messaging brokers.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Preferable skills:
• Pre Sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Certified Professional Cloud Architect & Google Data Engineer Certification is beneficial.
