Job Description
The Role Objective
You will be the "translator" between complex business needs and technical execution. Your goal is to analyze how property data is handled and ensure that Valocity’s platforms are integrated effectively to help clients make faster, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering: Elicit and document business requirements, turning them into functional specifications and user stories for the engineering teams.
Process Optimization: Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to find inefficiencies in current workflows and system integrations.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between non-technical business stakeholders and the technical Product/Engineering teams.
Data & Quality Assurance: Support system testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and maintain high data standards.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user adoption to recommend future technology enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Category Requirement
Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
Technical Basic SQL skills and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Competencies Workshop facilitation, process mapping, and strong analytical problem-solving.
