As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise in solution architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into an appropriate solution design, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in solution architecture, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in solution architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in solution architecture.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
