Solar Technician and Wireman

BRISCON ENERGY is aone of the leading renewable energy company and one of the channel partners of TATA POWER Solar providing design and engineering services along with EPC, Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of solar rooftop projects across the state of Gujrat.

We are seeking for Solar Technicians and wireman for solar rooftop projects in the state of Gujrat. The candidate should have knowledge of DC & AC side of the Solar Plant.

An ideal Solar Technician should be able to troubleshoot repair, assess solar systems, and collaborate with clients and internal teams at onsite locations. The major role and responsibility for the technician shall be
• Cable work on DC adnd AC side after the module installation.
• performing all electrical tests before commissioning of the project.
• perform varying corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems.
• Perform onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Check and provide complete documentation to clients.
• Carry out site root analysis.
• Attend the conference and B2B meetings to assess new solar system technologies as part of a team.
• Apply root cause analysis techniques on all major and recurring faults.
• Investigate technical failures and prepare formal technical reports.
• Record keeping and management of spare part movements
