Job Description
Consistently deliver 35–40 residential solar closures/file
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives
Build networks with local channel partners
Standardize the residential sales cycle
Coordinate closely with the operations and design Team
Required Candidate profile
2+ years in Solar Residential Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team management role
In-depth knowledge of local state residential solar subsidies, and basic solar load calculations
