Job description:
• Job Title: Solar Sales Executive
• Location: [Faridabad / Haryana, UP, Punjab, UK]
• Experience: 0–1 Year
• Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA (Sales/Marketing)
• Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
• Candidates looking to start a career in the Solar & Renewable Energy industry
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and cold calling.
• Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Understand customer electricity requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
• Explain ROI, subsidy benefits, and project details to customers.
• Conduct site visits with the engineering team.
• Follow up with prospective customers until project closure.
• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer handling ability
• Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems
• MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Whatsapp proficiency
• Willingness to travel for field sales
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (Preferred)
