Job Description
• Build a software training curriculum that clearly outlines objectives, lesson overviews, and establishes the relationship between the business problem and its technical solution.
• Documents/artifacts that include PowerPoint presentations that can be used as a formal presentation in a classroom/instructor led lecture.
• Build a Scripted training program that anybody can follow with rudimentary "train the trainer" effort.
• Build a training program that is at two levels – Introductory and Advanced. So, training materials will also need to be at different levels.
• Module level training, i.e., training materials and scripts covering only certain parts of the application.
• Questions/Tests in the form of quizzes or practice problems at the end of a chapter. These could be hands-on exercises using Bridge and Amaze (Blue Meteor's software platform)
• Collaborate closely with the product development team, stay informed about the changes, updates in the products and their newer versions and update content in all relevant documents accordingly.
• Creating professional product manuals, user guides, web-based reference guides, Fact sheets, etc.
• Assist Marketing team in the creation of marketing content, product campaigns, etc.

Responsibilities
• 3-5 years' experience in the role of technical writer/training material creator for a web-based commercial software platform.
• Should be able to study existing documentation and consult with the developers and managers to thoroughly understand the product.
• Should be open to share samples of previous work during or after the interview.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business scenarios in lucid English.
• Adept in using pictures, flowcharts, and diagrams to explain complex topics.
• Host and perform web-based training sessions for users (internal and customers) of the Bridge and Amaze systems using the training materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, command of English language
• Preferred but not necessary skill:
• Working knowledge of CSS (style sheets).
