Job Description:

As a Software Sales Executive at Tecnowok Solution, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing clients. This role demands a combination of technical knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities to effectively promote our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients through research, lead generation, networking, and industry events.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong and enduring relationships with clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and providing top-notch customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Tecnowok Solution's software products and services to articulate their features and advantages to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and software demonstrations to clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients to successfully close deals.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the technical team and other departments to ensure the seamless implementation and delivery of software solutions.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within the company's CRM system.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for business development and growth.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in software sales or a similar role, with a history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate complex software solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of the software industry and familiarity with emerging trends is a plus.
