Software QA Engineer – Manual & Automation Testing

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Software Tester for our product-based platform. You will be responsible for testing our Web Portal, Mobile Applications, and Multi-vendor Supplier System to ensure bug-free feature releases and seamless production deployments. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough testing on our Multi-vendor supplier platform, mobile applications (Android/iOS), and web interfaces. Execute manual testing for all new features and updates before releasing them to the live/production server. Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, and Smoke testing. Identify, document, and report bugs, performance bottlenecks, and UI/UX issues to the development team. Coordinate with developers to verify bug fixes through re-testing. Validate end-to-end user journeys and business workflows (Vendor onboarding, Order management, Payments, Checkout). Key Requirements & Skills: Practical experience in Web and Mobile Application Testing. Familiarity with testing multi-vendor e-commerce or SaaS platforms. Knowledge of test scenarios, test cases, and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality assurance mindset.
