THE OPPORTUNITY
Sapaad is looking for an experienced Software Project Lead to manage organization of key internal projects. As a Project Lead at Sapaad, you must ensure timeliness, budget adherence and strong scope delivery of projects from start to completion. You will also manage the software development life cycle, including research, architecture, development, customization, testing and release.
Candidate should be confident in keeping projects on track while providing quality deliverables to all users and keeping stakeholders informed. The Software Project Lead must have exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, in addition to a proven project management track record. You must be able to work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgement and proficiency in the discipline. Additionally you must have a passion for web & mobile technology and a belief that great user-experience is a critical part of software design. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve in a leadership role to coordinate and monitor product development projects from initiation through delivery on time
• Serve as a scrum/agile master for one or more development teams
• Coordinate major feature development between multiple teams
• Champion the development process, the quality of our software, and the delivery of the product
• Develop roadmaps for your teams in cooperation with product, development, and QA teams.
• Track, monitor, and report on product and development team deliverables
• Proactively manage changes in your software releases, identify potential hurdles, and devise contingency plans
• Implement and manage ‘Continuous Integration’ processes for daily builds and releases
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand feature requirements, breakdown the requirements into its corresponding technical parts, and work closely with the various development teams to deliver the project
• Must supervise quality of work closely, with daily reviews and time reports as well as daily progress meetings
• Resolve project roadblocks to determine proper, effective resolutions
• Document project milestones and oversee prioritization
SKILLS
• Bachelor degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written (mandatory — there will be an English written test)
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong understanding of development frameworks and development effort.
PERSON SKILLS

• You care about "usability" in the context of web applications and know it's crucial to creating great web experiences.
