We are seeking an experienced Software Product Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and execution for our software product. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in software digital marketing, with a strong focus on organic growth, SEO, content creation, and branding.
Responsibilities:
• Organic Growth Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive organic growth for our software product, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building techniques.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct SEO audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, product videos, and help documentation. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with the target audience and brand messaging.
• Product Branding: Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence for our software product across various digital channels. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful branding assets.
• Review Management: Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings for our software product. Respond to customer feedback and take necessary actions to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Blog and Case Study Writing: Research and write informative blog posts and case studies to showcase the value and capabilities of our software product. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and insights.
• Goal Completion: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to organic growth, user engagement, conversions, and customer acquisition. Develop strategies to improve KPIs and achieve goals.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with product roadmap, customer needs, and business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software product digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Proficient in content creation, including blog writing, article creation, product video scripting, and help documentation.
• Experience with product branding and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital channels.
• Ability to manage online reviews and reputation management effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software development and technology industry trends is a plus.
