Our team is passionate about using technology to improve outcomes for citizens and public sector organisations. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Health & Care business unit and support our Private Health Insurance products.

You'll be responsible for bringing our product strategy to life, aligning strategic goals with daily development activities.
You'll drive innovation in cutting-edge cloud-based, mobile, and AI-enhanced solutions.
You'll engage with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams to drive effective product development.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the Product Backlog and oversee Agile Process Management.
Foster collaboration with stakeholders and help define and prioritise features.
Use data and metrics to guide product decisions, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Need
A strong analytical and collaborative mindset to support our team in creating high-quality products.
Experience working in a global matrixed organisation and comfortable working through periods of ambiguity.
Proven experience with agile methodologies and product management principles.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
A solid technical foundation in cloud-based software solutions and familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
Ability to adapt flexibly to evolving market conditions, customer requirements, and business priorities.
