•This position is for Implementation/support of Web Application Software.
The executive will be given knowledge about the initial level Software/Module/ERP from the advanced team and then he be deployed at client end to guide and work for the implementation for the same, training of personnel for using software, and resolution of all issues by communication to software developer team .Additionally, the executive will be expected to provide report at day end and be very much familiar with Microsoft office. The executive will be expected to work in multiple locations within a diverse team and communicate effectively with Web Application software, other teams and branches and support staff and management. The individual must stay current with new developments in the products, attend training in new tools and features, and recommend best practices and User Guides. Should be able to conduct training for new users, new software's, and mentoring. Candidate will be provided with IT administrative privileges to carry out any Implementation/Configuration task, and as well assist Users in projects when required, working with IT, design engineers and third parties.
Responsibilities
• Support queries from customers and verify issues faced
• Interface with technology team to solve issues in defined timeline
• Train customers on various features of SIPL software solutions
• Analysis of customer issues, queries and improve response mechanism
• Interact with Product owner when required to report on the defect analysis, testing progress, and product functionality.
• Analyze test results and track product testing metrics.
• Prepare and present test reports
• Change Management - Track and deliver change requests
Qualifications
Any Diploma or Equivalent, BCA, MCA, B. Tech & M. Tech
• 1st Month skill evaluation training on candidate's laptop (mandatory for 1st month), You will be eligible for stipend only after successful completion of evaluation training.
• INR 10,000/mo. stipend for six months as Trainee.
• INR 12,000/mo. stipend for next six months as On Job Trainee (OJT).
• After completion of 1 year, you will be employed with a salary of INR 18,000 per month. Job Type: Full-time
