Qualifications
We are actively seeking a talented individual with an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance to join our team as a Computer Software Engineer and Scrum Master to design, develop, and implement software solutions that leverage modern technologies while applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality software delivery
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in software development and engineering
Proven experience in software development with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure Cloud)
Proficiency in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Must possess an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
Must be within driving distance of Richardson, Texas, or willing to relocate to the area (Relocation Assistance Package Available)
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
Must be willing to work onsite
