As a Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of object-oriented concepts and a proficient knowledge of .NET and MVC frameworks. Additionally, experience in Xamarin or SharePoint Development is key, along with hands-on experience using API and Third Party Libraries. You should be willing to work on ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC architecture and having knowledge in LINQ, Entity Framework, and Parallel Tasking would be advantageous. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with good communication skills, both oral and written.
