POSITION/JOB TITLE: Software Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Engineering

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives.
Proven experience writing modern software and web applications (.NET, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
Working knowledge of agile software development, automated testing, and unit testing.
Established experience with normalized database design and development.
Familiarity with cloud-based application development and infrastructure.
Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
Translate business requirements and technical designs into well-developed solutions that meet client business goals.
Ability to work closely with other project team members such as sales analysts, project managers, and software engineers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or similar analytical degree plus 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
Desire to continue learning and to pursue professional certifications.
Proven ability and desire to consult and mentor others.
