Cold Bore Technology has built a standard platform that will create, collect, and structure independent data sources into a format that is consumable and consistent for the end user. Our proprietary software enables competitive service companies to communicate on the same platform without compromising the integrity or confidentiality of there own data to optimize operations for the benefit of the participating E&P operator.
We work with a number of departments within our partners organizations to help solution their current data and operational issues. These issues range from efficiency gains, data pipelines, integration of custom software solutions, data storage solutions, data streaming services, data health, communication up-time, general data structure and data analysis. Our customers receive support from our multi-disciplined team on all their custom projects and their normal day to day operations.

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Integration Software Engineer to join our engineering team, helping design and build the integration layer that powers SmartPAD in the field. Our field technicians handle on-site deployment — your job is to make sure the software they deploy is bulletproof.
Working alongside a collaborative team, you will develop the protocol drivers, data pipelines, and APIs that connect SmartPAD to the wide variety of third-party equipment found across frac operations — pumping units, sensors, wireline systems, and operator platforms. Completions operations run 24/7 with tight scheduling windows — speed of deployment, reliability under harsh conditions, and the ability to rapidly iterate are the defining challenges of this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integration Design & Development
Collaborate with the team to design and build scalable integration software that supports rapid pad startup, teardown, and relocation — typically on a weekly cycle
