About the Role:
This position involves independently completing small- to medium-sized features and defects, as well as participating in team planning activities. The ideal candidate will be able to triage simple issues independently, and more complex issues with some assistance. They will also participate in technical design and review of features, with guidance, and consistently follow best practices and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's or associate degree, OR equivalent.
• Experience with front-end development using a modern JavaScript framework such as ReactJS or Angular
• Test automation with a modern JS framework such as Jest, Mocha, Selenium or Cypress
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
• Experience with ReactJS for front-end development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar technologies
• Experience using Cypress.io for test automation

Work Environment:
• This position is based in Bengaluru.
• We operate under a hybrid work model (in office / remote) with an expectation for employees to be in the office three days a week – Generally, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Maintaining collaboration across the globe is a key proposition. Within the framework of established guidelines, employees may be required to engage in extended hours during critical periods.
