Your role
Design, build and run digital products and technology services for clients and colleagues.

• develop the service-layer of a large-scale rich internet platform in collaboration with business analysts, client-side developers, database developers and quality assurance (QA) professionals
• master state-of-the-art technologies within a complex business domain
• share knowledge across the whole development community

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• Apply a broad range of software engineering techniques, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing, CI/CD and other DevOps practices
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• Learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• Work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and others
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities
Key Deliverables:
• Frequent releases that improve our digital products and technology services
• Technical analysis, design, code, tests, documentation, and other engineering artifacts
Your team
You’ll be working in the Global Market Technology Enhanced Sales team in Pune focusing on creating the most data driven, agile, productive and technology enabled sales force in the industry.
Your expertise
You have:
• Experience with HTML5, CCS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and Open‐source libraries, tools and technologies
• Good knowledge of modern frameworks like React and Node.js
• Experience of one or more of the following open source technologies . React, Redux, Webpack, d3, LESS, Node.js
• Expertise in generic computing science including OOP modelling (UML, SOLID etc.), algorithms, data structures, design patterns and Functional programming
• Previous exposure to tools like npm, grunt and RESTful web service
• Experience with build tools like Ant or Maven, and development tools such as Eclipse, Git, Subversion, JIRA, TeamCity, Nexus
• Clean coding and refactoring skills with excellent problem solving ability
• knowledge of relational and non-relational databases with proper usage classifications
• Fluency in automated testing techniques and frameworks
• Know-how of agile/lean development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
