Familiarity with eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and XML Schema Definition (XSD)
Proven experience with service-based applications
Proven experience with software containerization (Docker, Podman, etc)
Ability to understand Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams
Ability to obtain Top Secret with access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information

About The Program
Radiance Technologies is the prime developer in support of the SAFE-SiM program, a next-generation Modeling, Simulation, and Analytics (MS&A) application that will provide insight into complex battlefield questions to inform senior leaders in the defense and intelligence communities. SAFE-SiM provides faster-than-real-time simulation of real-world scenarios at scale using sensitive data that requires some of the most stringent protections to enable modelers, analysts, and operational developers of different clearance levels and access to collaborate.
About The Position
Our team is looking for talented, detail-oriented Software Engineers to help ensure the security of SAFE-SiM data in transit and at rest with the ultimate mission of safeguarding sensitive data and preventing exceptionally grave damage to national security. The team focuses on insuring compliance with Department of Defense and Intelligence Community security guidance by implementing new, challenging, and innovative features in Go (Golang) and Java, integrating with the OAuth2.0 standard and Cross Domain Solutions. This work is critical to the overall security posture of SAFE-SiM and is high visibility to both Radiance and our customers.
We have multiple openings and are looking for engineers with multiple levels of experience to join this critical team.
