We are looking for a Software Development Engineer (Full-Stack) who wants to grow fast, take responsibility, and work across the entire product lifecyclefrom idea to production.
This role is ideal for Class-A engineerspeople who love problem-solving, contribute beyond assigned tasks, explore new technologies (including AI), and want to build systems that Youll Do : Engineering :
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Ensure seamless integration between UI, APIs, and & Ownership :
• Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable and user-centric solutions.
• Take ownership of features from development to Quality & Engineering Excellence :
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Review code, suggest improvements, and continuously raise engineering Solving & System Thinking :
• Debug, optimize, and enhance existing systems for performance, security, and scalability.
• Actively contribute to architecture and system design & Deployment Exposure :
• Support CI/CD pipelines and assist with deployments in cloud environments.
• Learn and apply modern DevOps & Knowledge Sharing :
• Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge Skills : Frontend : Strong experience with React, Angular, or Backend : Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, Django, or Databases : Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic understanding of NoSQL APIs : Strong understanding of RESTful API design and Version Control : Comfortable with Git and collaborative Agile : Experience working in Agile/Scrum Cloud Basics : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Problem Solving : Strong analytical thinking and debugging Communication : Clear communicator and effective team (Big Plus) :
• Open-source contributions with a strong GitHub profile.
• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or innovation challenges.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.
• Exposure to automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).
• Good understanding of security best practices.
• Interest or hands-on experience in AI/ML, or using AI tools to solve engineering problems.
• Startup Or Product-based Company You Are (Class-A Mindset) :
