Job Description
Role – Software Developer– Web and Digital
Purpose
·We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer for our Web and Digital engineering team
·The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing digital solutions with a focus on web development, single page applications and mobile development
·The role will involve working with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain various web applications, websites, and digital platforms
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:
·Design, develop and maintain web applications, websites, and digital platforms using HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript.
·Collaborate with designers and other developers to develop and implement user-friendly web designs and features that meet business requirements and user needs.
·Identify, troubleshoot, and debug technical issues and bugs in the code, and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of digital platforms.
·Develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
·Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
·Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and digital solutions, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into existing platforms
Technical Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in web development, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
· Experience with popular web development frameworks such as Angular/ React/ Vue.js and Node.js.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with Agile software development methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git and AzureDevops.
Desired Personal Qualities and Behavior
· Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
