Software Developer – AI Platforms (1843)

DESCRIPTION

Contribute to the design development and maintenance of enterprise AI platforms that support an AI augmented workforce
Partner with AI engineers data scientists and internal business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable high quality technical solutions
Build efficient reliable and maintainable software used across the organization
Integrate data from APIs relational databases and vector databases
Develop full stack solutions including web front end components back end APIs and databases
Ensure product quality through testing and manage deployment across multiple environments
Work with various AI models including large language models to support predictive analysis and statistical modelling
Conduct independent research to explore solutions to programming challenges and platform needs
Maintain monitor and enhance the data science ecosystem including pipelines model development and business applications
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor or Master degree in computer science engineering mathematics statistics or a related quantitative field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business oriented analytics or software engineering
Strong passion for problem solving and supporting data driven decision making
Self motivated with the ability to perform independent research
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technology and investment focused teams
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Hands on experience with large language models including building AI agents and retrieval augmented generation and working directly with machine learning models
Full stack programming experience with React or Angular and Python Flask
Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices
Familiarity with CICD practices for data or software engineering projects
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong desire to work in a collaborative team based environment
Assets

Experience supporting AI development within complex business environments
Exposure to advanced data engineering tools or modern AI model ops workflows
Familiarity with vector database systems or enterprise AI integration patterns
Experience working with cross functional teams including product UX and data science
