Qualifications
Performs writing, testing, and documentation of complex computer programs
Collaborates with front-end web designer and batch end programming needs, including relational database design and development
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to work with users with varying levels of technical expertise
A bachelor's degree in communications, computer science, or a related field and experience in information technology
Related experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis

Develops and implements specialized programs to supplement and enhance systems software
Provides feasibility assessments, designs technical options, authors codes, troubleshoots applications, maintains installed systems, and produces and maintains documentation and testing
Creates and supports web-based applications using object-oriented program languages and other technologies

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build interface module and user guideline documentation that will support standard operations of the interface.
